Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the presentation of the financial results of the Rural Funds Group, or RFF, for the 12-month period ended June 30, 2020. This is James Powell speaking. Presenting today from Rural Funds management, the manager of RFF, will be David Bryant, Tim Sheridan, and Daniel Yap.
