Regions is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, ranked 17th in the U.S. in terms of deposits. As it relates to markets, Regions has the top 5 or better market share in 70% of the MSAs across their 15 state footprint, and 60% of these MSAs are projected to grow faster than the U.S. national average. Assets at the end of last quarter totaled $145 billion.
