Good morning. Welcome to the virtual annual shareholders meeting Of RGC Resources, Incorporated. I am John Williamson, Chairman of the Board, and I'm joined by Paul Nester, President and CEO; and Tommy Oliver, Vice President, Interim CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer.
I hereby officially call this meeting to order. First order of business will be a few announcements to get us started and to run through those, we are.
