Merci, thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Richelieu's conference call for the second quarter ended May 31, 2019. With me is Antoine Auclair, CFO.

Richelieu performed very well in the second quarter as shown by increase in sales, EBITDA, net earnings and cash flows compared to the same period of last year. Our market development, acquisitions and innovation strategies fueled sales growth to U.S. manufacturers and retailers.
