I'm pleased to comment today on Q3 revenue and commercial performance, but let me first give you an update on the strategic and commercial developments that took place over the last quarter when dilution is moving ahead quickly with several projects that we're rolling out at the same time.
So let's start with Horse, our business dedicated to ICE and hybrid powertrains. The carve-out was completed on July 1. Day 1 was a success with -- we had 9,000 employees, 8 factories and 3 R&D centers that were transferred without a glitch. On July 11, we signed a
