Hello, everyone. Thank you for listening to the presentation for Research Solutions. Company's ticker symbol is RSSS, and it trades on the NASDAQ. Here today, on behalf of the company, we have Roy Olivier, company's Chief Executive Officer. With him as well is Bill Nurthen, the company's Chief Financial Officer. And to begin the presentation, I will turn it over to Roy.
Thanks, [Sean]. And thanks to all of you, for taking the time to learn more about Research Solutions. In terms of what we do today, very similar to what Lexis is to legal cases and opinions, and what Bloomberg is to financial market data. We are a platform that connects most of the world's scientific, technical and medical information and journals into a tool used by researchers in several vertical markets. But today, a lot of our installations are pharmaceutical, biotech, et cetera.
