Good morning. And welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Shareowners of Raytheon Technologies Corporation, the name of the company since the April 3 merger between United Technologies and Raytheon Company.
I'm Tom Kennedy, the Raytheon Technologies Chairman of the Board. It is now 8:00 AM, and I will call the annual meeting to order.
In accordance with the company's press release issued on April 9, 2020, and proxy supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the same date, due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting is being held in a virtual format only. Shareowners as of the meeting record date are able to participate online by remote communication via the meeting web page.
