Hi, everybody. For those of you who don't already know me, I'm Alex Straton, and I'm the Vice President on Kimberly Greenberger, specialty softline, department store and branded apparel and footwear team here at Morgan Stanley. We are very pleased to host REVOLVE with us today.
REVOLVE is a $5 billion-plus market cap next-generation fashion e-commerce retailer that targets millennial and Gen Z consumers and REVOLVE completed its IPO in 2019, so just a couple of years ago. The company generated nearly $800 million in sales over the last 12 months, and has delivered strong top line growth in 2021 with net sales up 48% year-to-date versus 2019.
REVOLVE sells both third-party brands and its own brands on its websites. And unlike many of its e-commerce peers, Its business model translates to actual profit and cash flow with an operating margin of 11% and free cash flow of $67 million in 2021 year-to-date.
