It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Jim Koch, Founder and Chairman. Mr. Koch, the floor is yours.
Well, welcome, everybody. I'm Jim Koch. I am hereby calling the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Boston Beer Company, Inc. to order. Not that you've been disorderly, but it's my job to be the sheriff here, I guess. And it's a little unfortunate, but because of COVID-19, we have to hold our annual meeting virtually again this year. I hope you and your family and friends and coworkers are all staying safe during these challenging times.
