Schibsted ASA Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Ole Jacob Sunde. I'm the Chair of the Board of Schibsted, and it's my great pleasure to welcome you to Schibsted's Annual General Meeting. As you are well aware of, due to the corona situation, this general meeting is being held solely as a virtual meeting, broadcasted to the shareholders through webcast.
And with me here today, I have the Schibsted's CEO, Kristin Skogen Lund. And I also have the company General Counsel, Andreas Ehrenclou. And of course, as always, we have the auditor, Kjetil Rimstad. He will also represent -- present afterwards. And of course, we also have John Rein who is the Chair of the Nomination Committee. And he will also give his report later on during this general meeting.
So I'll start with some practical information.
