Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 Steelcase Investor Day. We want to thank you for joining us, whether you're here in the room at our New York WorkLife showroom or whether you're joining us online. We're very excited today to share what we've been seeing in our business as well as talk about what we see maybe moving forward over the next few years.
