So, I'll kick it off with a question for Cliff. Can you give us a quick recap of the first quarter? Like a lot of the companies we look at, there delayed tax refunds, there were weather headwinds, generally not helpful. Can you help us think about how these factors impacted the quarter and how they are relative to your expectations?
