Good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for calling in to Sandvik's conference call related to the news this morning, the acquisition of the mining business of Schenck Process Group expected to close in Q4 2022.
My name is Louise Tjeder, Head of Investor Relations. And with me, I have our CEO, Stefan Widing; CFO, Cecilia Felton; and President of Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, Anders Svensson.
