Hello, and welcome to the Sealed Air Corporation 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
I would now like to turn the call over to Jerry Whitaker, Chairman of the Board. Please go ahead, sir.
Good morning to all. I am Jerry Whitaker, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sealed Air. On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my privilege to welcome you to the 2019 Annual Meeting, which we are hosting via live webcast from our Charlotte campus.
Sealed Air had a solid finish in 2018 and is expected to continue to create value for its stockholders as we deliver on the Reinvent SEE strategy.
Before we move on to the business of this meeting, I want to acknowledge the contributions that Richard Wambold has made as Director of the corporation. Richard will be retiring from the Board after this annual meeting. We will truly miss his business acumen and counsel, particularly his wealth of knowledge of the packaging industry and his focus on operational excellence.
