It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to the Chairman of the Board and CEO, Tom Broughton. Mr. Broughton, the floor is yours.
Thank you, and good morning. I'm Tom Broughton, Chairman of the Board and President of the company, and I'll be chairperson of this meeting. It's my pleasure to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The purpose of the meeting today is to elect directors of the company to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting and to hold an advisory vote on the company's executive compensation or what is called Say on Pay. And to vote on the appointment of Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP as our accounting firm for the year ended December 31, 2021.
