Full Year 2020 Golden Agri-Resources Ltd Earnings Call Transcript
Good evening. Welcome to the full year 2020 results presentation of Golden Agri-Resources. I would like to start by introducing the panel, we have Raffy Concepcion, our CFO on the line; as well as Anita Neville, our SVP, Corporate Communications. And my name is Richard Fung, Director, Investor Relations.
So we'll start with the presentation that you can find on the SGX website as well as Golden Agri's website. And after the presentation, we will do the Q&A session.
So we start with the executive summary. And we are pleased to report that Golden Agri concluded a challenging 2020 with a strong quarter. What you see here are some of the key numbers for the full year: revenue increased by 10% to over USD 7 billion, EBITDA reached USD 669 million, underlying profit USD 230 million and proposed dividends SGD 0.48 per share.
If you look at the chart on the right-hand side, you can see that, in 2019, the major contribution came from the downstream, palm, laurics and others. And last year, in 2020, it came from the upstream,
