Why don't we get started here? My name is Nishu Sood. I am the lead building analyst at Deutsche Bank and it's my real pleasure to have SiteOne here. SiteOne has been at each of these conferences going public, so really appreciate their participation. We have Doug Black, who is part of the founding team at SiteOne as CEO. And then really a pleasure to have Scott Salmon here as well who was recently appointed as the EVP of Strategy and Development.
