And it's my pleasure to welcome you to our 2023 Annual General Meeting. Today's meeting is being conducted in a hybrid format in order to facilitate ease of access for those who are unable to be here physically and so increased attendance at this annual meeting.
This means that those participating online are present at the meeting and are able to ask questions and vote during the meeting, and I'll explain a bit later how this will work.
