Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, greetings with the Supervisory Board and Management Board, I'm delighted to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of Solutions30.
This General Assembly begins at 10 a.m. Central European Time, along with a scrutinizer and a secretary. I suggest that Katarzyna Kuszewska could be appointed Secretary and Pierre-Alexandre Degehet, a lawyer as scrutinizer. And without further ado, Pierre Alexandre will tell you about the formalities to take part in this assembly.
