Welcome to The Simply Good Foods Company 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. It is now 9:00 AM Eastern Time, and the meeting is called to order. I am Joe Scalzo, President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board; and I'll conduct the meeting today at the direction of our Chairman, James Kilts. Members of the company's management attending today's meeting live include Todd Cunfer, our Chief Financial Officer; Tim Kraft, our Chief Legal Officer; and Susan Hunsberger, our Chief People Officer.
All members of the company's Board of Directors are attending the meeting live are Jim Kilts, Dave West, Clay Daley, Nomi Ghez, and Joe Schena. The rest are attending by telephone. Jason Graham, a representative of First Coast Results who will serve as the Inspector of Elections, is also present. We will proceed as follows. First, we will conduct the official business of the meeting. After the conclusion of the official business, we will address questions, if any that properly come before the meeting via the meeting's website.
