Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Geoff Brunsdon, and I chair Sims Limited. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the 30th Annual General Meeting of your company.
The health and safety of our people, shareholders and the communities in which we operate is of paramount importance to Sims. In light of the potential health risk created by the COVID-19 pandemic and actions taken by governments to address these concerns, we are hosting a virtual annual general meeting. I'm pleased to be here, and I'd like to thank you for showing your support in joining the meeting today.
