So a little bit about Sanara. A lot of you know us because we've had multiple conversations -- Zach and I have with you. But our focus at Sanara is on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based healing technologies. And one of our overarching goals is to -- that we strive to lower overall costs and improve outcomes through everything that we do.
We believe that value-based arrangements -- whether it's in the DRG for surgery or whether it's in the future of wound care being in bundles or part of the Medicare Advantage plans, we believe that value-based care is going to be extremely important. And the future for treatment payments will be done through some value-based arrangements.
