All right. Good afternoon, and welcome to the third day of JPMorgan's 51st Annual Technology, Media and Communications Conference. My name is Harlan Sur. I'm the semiconductor capital equipment analyst for the firm. Very pleased to have Aart de Geus, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer; and Shelagh Glaser, Chief Financial Officer at Synopsys here with us today.
Synopsys is a leader in electronic design automation or what we call chip design software and hardware solutions and also a leader in software integrity solutions to the software development community. It's been a busy earnings season. So I've asked Aart to maybe start off with some opening comments, and then we'll kick it off with some interesting Q&A.
