Sonim Technologies Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
This meeting is called to order. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Sonim Technology. My name is Jeff Wang, and I am the Chairman of the Board. I will be acting as the Chairman of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Clay Crolius, our Chief Financial Officer, is also present and will serve as our Corporate Secretary.
First, I would like to introduce the officers and directors of Sonim Technologies that joined us by means of remote communication in light of our status as a multi-location company.
