Thank you, operator, and thanks, everyone, for joining us today. I'll go through the investor presentation. And as always, I'll call out page numbers as I move through the deck.
And starting on Slide 3. The highlights for the quarter. Well, first and foremost, it's important to point out that COVID still continues to have an impact on our business, and we have comprehensive action plans in place. We have seen significant absenteeism, but we've been able to keep operations going and manage our way through the crisis. The profitability in all segments exceeded our expectations from the last quarter, so I'm pleased to say that. We did say in our previous outlook statement that earnings would be slightly below the
