Thanks, everyone, for joining us here at the Jefferies 2019 healthcare conference. I'm Raj Denhoy with the medical device research team. Up next we have Surmodics and from the company we have Tim Arens, the Company's CFO, and Gary Maharaj, the Company's CEO. And Gary, I'll turn it over to you.
