Syrah Resources Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. This is Jim Askew. I'm the Chairman of the Board of Syrah Resources, and I'd like to welcome you to today's meeting.
You'll all be aware that we're holding this meeting in a new format, specifically related to the COVID pandemic. So this is a way that we can hold a meeting with shareholders and representatives can participate safely via the webcast. Although you're not physically present at the meeting venue, legally this is regarded as an Annual General Meeting.
The company's Secretary has advised that a quorum is present. And as the time is now 10 a.m. Eastern Australian Time, I declare the meeting open.
