We're going to dive into our plan for how we intend to achieve the vision and deliver purpose-driven growth, and we'll share the metrics that we're going to use to share our success.

But before we look ahead, though, I'd like to reflect on the journey that Stantec has been on that brought us to this point. While we still have one month left before completing our [2023] strategic plan, we can confidently say that we have successfully delivered.
