Stoke Therapeutics Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Edward Kaye, Chief Executive Officer of Stoke Therapeutics. It's a pleasure to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Thank you for joining us today.
We're excited to be hosting our virtual annual meeting, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders, while practicing social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number that we have provided.
We will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide response to as many as possible. And in keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now 09:01 Eastern Daylight Savings Time on June 7, 2022, and this meeting is officially called to order.
