Thank you, and I welcome, everybody, to Flex LNG's Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 webcast. I'm Oystein Kalleklev, the CEO of Flex LNG Management, and I will be joined today by Knut Traaholt, our CFO, who will talk you through the financial numbers as well as our recent refinancing a bit later in the presentation.
