Hello. I'm Mark Donohue, Head of Investor Relations. Joining me is Jerre Stead, Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer; and Jonathan Collins, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

This morning, we filed our restated Form 10-K for 2020 and Form 10-Qs for the first, second and third quarters of 2021 to correct the equity plan reporting for the CPA Global acquisition. We also provided some commentary around our 2021 performance and 2022 outlook.
