ShiftPixy Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon and welcome to the 2023 annual stockholders meeting of ShiftPixy. My name is Scott Absher, I am Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be chairing today's meeting. I note that I am also serving as proxy holder for stockholders of record at this meeting.
We're pleased to be able to host our meeting virtually again this year by using Broadridge's virtualshareholdermeeting.com. The virtual meeting allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of stockholders. We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the toll-free number that we have provided. I note that the agenda and rules of conduct of the meeting are available in the virtual meeting portal, along with the 10-K for our year ending 8/31/2022 and the proxy statement.
As is our custom, we will include an opportunity for stockholders to ask questions regarding the various proposals up for vote today for today's meeting. And you may submit your questions or comments through the web portal at any time beginning now.
