Good morning, everyone. My name is Bill Waelke, I'm the Head of Investor Relations for Gates. For those of you here in the room, for those of you listening remotely, welcome. Thank you for joining us here at our first Investor Day. We're excited to have the opportunity to tell you a little bit more about the company.
