Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We've decided to hold our Annual Meeting virtually this year in recognition of the health, safety and travel concerns of our stockholders and the regulations, protocols and other requirements that federal, state and local governments have imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This virtual meeting will enable our stockholders to participate no matter where they are located in the world. The principal purpose of this meeting is to seek stockholder approval of certain proposals.
