Hi, everyone, and thanks for joining us. This is Paul Ghezzi, CEO of Kontrol Technologies. We trade on the NEO Exchange in Canada as KNR and on the OTCQB as KNRLF. Kontrol Technologies is leading the digital transformation of buildings and cities.
As we go through the presentation and I share the Kontrol story, there's a number of unique aspects to our story. One is high insider ownership position, roughly 25%. So we're committed to building this business for the long term and to grow the business a low shareholder or a low share float. Roughly right now $48 million, and very strong growth rates since 2016. And we'll talk more about the financials. A growing IP and technology moat and a great customer base and great partnerships that we'll get into.
