All right. So good morning, everybody, and welcome to Victrex's Full Year Results Presentation for 2022. Welcome also to those that are joining us on the call today. So firstly, some introductions. I'm Jakob Sigurdsson, CEO of Victrex. We also have our relatively new CFO, Ian Melling with us here today. And as you know, this is Ian's first outing as a CFO for Victrex, and we're really pleased to have him on Board. Also joined by Martin Court, our Commercial Officer -- Chief Commercial Officer; and Andrew Hanson, our Director of Investor Relations is also in the room.
