Okay. Great. Well, thank you, and welcome to day 3 of the Stephens Annual Investment Conference live and in person in Nashville. I'm Scott Fidel, I'm the health care services analyst with Stephens. And we're delighted to have our first panel this morning with the Pennant Group. The Pennant Group is an operator of both Home Health and Hospice, agencies and Senior Living and Assisted Living facilities and the company has been really ramping up their platform in the last several years. Delighted to have the full senior management team with us today.
