F45 Training Holdings Inc at ICR Conference (Virtual) Transcript
Okay. Great. I think we're live. Excellent. Okay. I'm sorry for that start. But anyone that knows me would know that's exactly how we would start a live event like this. Very happy to have F45 with us today. F45 was a recent lead IPO from JPMorgan. It's also a recent upgrade from JPMorgan as we saw some of the fourth quarter development store numbers, which were well ahead of initial plan, that the brand was able to achieve both for the fourth quarter and the full year '21.
Joining the company today is their Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Adam Gilchrist; the company's Chief Financial Officer, Chris Payne. Thank you very much, gentlemen, for joining us. Okay. So there was a prerelease this morning. It did include the store count, which was ahead of expectations, revenue which was more or less in line with expectations. And some questions that came to us is why wasn't revenue ahead, especially given the store
