Good morning and welcome to Graphic Packaging Holding Company's Investor Day. I'm Alex Ovshey, Vice President of Finance, Planning and Analysis. Of course, most of you know me as the Head of Investor Relations, a role I was in for the last 3 years, before very recently beginning to transition into F&PA. It's great to see so many familiar and new faces in the audience. I would like to also welcome everyone who has joined us on the webcast.
I'm excited about the agenda we have for you this morning. Let me introduce our speakers for today's event. To my left, Mike Doss, the company's President and CEO; in the middle, Steve Scherger, Executive Vice President and CFO; and to Steve's left, Joe Yost, Executive Vice President and President of Americas. Melanie Skijus, who very recently joined us to take over the Head of Investor Relations role, is sitting in the back. And we look forward to introducing her to everyone after our presentation.
