So good morning, everyone. And welcome to this Ambu Capital Market Day, March 2023. It has been almost 4 years since we last hosted an event like this. So we have been looking very much forward. For Ambu, we see a future full of potential. We think we are strongly positioned as a business to deliver on that potential, and we hope to convince you about the same during today.
So I know most of you know our business very well. You also know the products we bring to the market. But let me just kick this meeting off by telling you what is the everyday life of our customers, hospitals and clinics when they do endoscopy.
So every year, 200 million people in the world go through an endoscopy procedure, either as a simple check for cancer or as a more specialized procedure. This is a fact.
