Okay, great. All right. So welcome to our afternoon session focusing on battery and strategic metals. To kick things off, we're very happy to have MP Materials here with us. For those of you who are not aware, MP is a large rare-earths producer with roughly a 15% global market share and is the leading producer outside of China. The company is also moving further downstream, going to be adding refining capabilities later this year, and then later on moving into the actual production of permanent magnet motors as well.
