Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Orion Energy's Fiscal 2020 First Quarter Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) As a reminder, today's conference is being recorded. I would now like to introduce -- I'd like to turn the call over to Bill Jones. Sir, you may begin.
Good morning, and thank you for joining Orion Energy Systems' first quarter call.
Orion's CEO, Mike Altschaefl will open today's call with some first quarter highlights followed by discussion of the company's business strategy and its objectives and a review of Orion's financial goals for the full fiscal year. Orion's CFO, Bill Hull, will then touch on a few additional financial highlights and then we will open the call to questions.
