Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Pre-AGM Webinar of James Fisher and Sons plc. It's a slightly unusual situation this year forced upon us by the COVID pandemic, and I'm very sorry that we haven't been able to meet face-to-face as we normally do in Barrow. But the idea of today's event is to enable the company to provide you with a short presentation on its 2020 performance, and then for you to have the opportunity to ask questions.
As many of you know, I'm Malcolm Paul. I'm Chairman of the company; and I'm joined today, on my left, by Eoghan O'Lionaird, the Chief Executive Officer; and on my right, by Stuart Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director. Just to remind you, this is a summary of the position in relation to 2020 and stock exchange rules prohibit us from talking about current trading until we make all our shareholders aware of circumstances. And in the usual way, we will be putting out a trading statement before the AGM on April 29.
