Well, thank you, and welcome to our presentation together today. I'll walk you through the slide deck here. So we have our opportunity summary. So VMC was established back in 2008. And we are unlike a lot of the SPACs and startups that are starting up today. We've been in this business, and we've delivered over 700 transit buses to date. We're a dominant supplier in the Canadian market, in the midsized market. And we've received numerous awards for our products, particularly Altoona tested, best-in-class and things like that. I'll get through that as we walk through it.
