Great, good afternoon. This is Robert Ottenstein from Evercore ISI's Global Beverage and Household Products team. Couldn't be more excited to have the top management of Duckhorn with us today. It's really emerging as one of the premier growth stories in the beverage industry. We have CEO, Alex Ryan; and CFO, Lori Beaudoin, joining us today.
And I want to go right into what I think is one of the most distinctive things about the Company and one of the reasons why we're comfortable with the kind of valuation that's it at -- which is on the lofty side -- and that is that they have built a very special organization and culture, one that kind of reminds us a little bit of the Brown-Formans of the world.
And about a week or so ago, we came out with a business model analysis looking at companies on one hand that are what we called efficiency-focused, which was really a focus on margins and financial metrics and financial discipline -- all of which is good, but you don't want necessarily too much of that.
