So, I thought I'd start by maybe giving a little perspective. It's an honor to get to give the opening talk here in the Canadian life science ecosystem. I was thinking this morning about when we first started the company 10 years ago, and looking at some of the top companies back then -- I think Zymeworks was probably one of the top ones -- and imagining, hey, what would it feel like to be in that position when you're starting from a small group of, let's say, six people.
