Good morning. (foreign language) Kate Lehman. I'm Chair of the Board of Stella-Jones, and I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm very pleased to have you join this live audio webcast.
I'd like to begin by introducing the members of the Stella-Jones senior management team who are with us today. You will have the opportunity to hear from them later on during our meeting, and they will be taking questions at the end of their presentations.
First, we have Eric Vachon, President and Chief Executive Officer. Joining Eric is Silvana Travaglini, Stella-Jones' Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Marla Eichenbaum, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, will serve as Secretary for today's meeting.
