Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 annual stockholder meeting of Lightning eMotors. Will the meeting please come to order. I am Robert Fenwick-Smith, Chair of the Board of Directors of Lightning eMotors. I will be presiding over this meeting along with my fellow Directors and the executive officers of the company.
