Good day, everyone, and welcome to the Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. 2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Bernard Coulie, President and CEO of Pliant. Sir, please go ahead.
Thank you, and good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of the entire Board, our officers, and employees, I would like to thank you for attending our annual meeting of shareholders. I will serve as the Chairman of today's meeting. And Mr. Mike Ouimette, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will serve as Secretary of today's meeting.
Before we proceed with the formal portion of our annual meeting, I would like to introduce the members of our Board of Directors and other guests who are virtually in attendance at today's meeting.
