Hello, and a very warm welcome to you all. I am Jess Mitchell, ABB's Head of Investor Relations, and I have with me, Bjorn Rosengren, our CEO; and Timo Ihamuotila, our CFO. We hope you are all keeping very well and getting used to this new virtual world.
